HTC Leadership Course

Leadership is a gift, responsibility, and opportunity that God has given us. Romans 12:6,8c states, “We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us..if it is to lead, do it diligently.” Leaders desire to lead well and diligently because we understand just how important leadership is.

John Maxwell wrote many years ago: “Everything rises and falls on leadership.” Quality Leadership is absolutely essential for the success of any institution, and we as individuals can always keep learning and growing in our leadership.
